CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

At Brandi Braiders, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.

?? Appointment Cancellations

- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

? Late Arrivals

- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment.
- Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying other clients.
- Clients who are more than 30 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show.

?? No-Show Policy

- Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Future appointments may require full or increased deposits.

?? Deposits

- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
- Deposits are non-refundable.

?? Hair Preparation

- Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of product buildup unless a wash service has been booked.
- Additional fees may apply if extra preparation is required.
